Summer School 2021


Week 1: Monday – Thursday June 14, 15, 16 & 17

Week 2: Monday – Thursday June 21, 22, 23, & 24

Week 3: Monday – Wednesday June 28, 29, & 30

Students must attend 10 of the 11 days of summer school to earn credit (only 1 day can be missed).

Summer School credit can be used for make-up, new, or replacement credit. Replacement credit requires an application to the Salt Lake City School District for approval. The only core classes that can earn new credit is US Government and Citizenship and Health. Questions on which credit is which please contact Tim Porter  Students will need to earn above 60% to earn the 0.5 credit.

Priority for summer school classes will be given to students who failed a class and are in need of replacement credit.

Morning (AM) session will be 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM and classes will be taught in-person on campus at Highland High. Buses will be provided for students attending during this time.

Afternoon (PM) session will be 1:00 - 4:00 PM and classes will be taught remotely only, via Zoom (not on campus), with the exception of Basic Digital Photography.

Breakfast and Lunch will be provided through our Child Nutrition Services 'Grab and Go' meals. These will be available for pick up from 10:30 AM - 12:45 PM.
